The nation's 14th largest city has gone through a dramatic revitalization and a stunning renaissance that makes it a different place than it was just a decade ago.
Walking distance from our hotel is the White State Park, which is considered America's only urban cultural state park. Among the attractions at the Park are the Indiana State Museum and IMAX Theater, Indianapolis Zoo and White River Gardens, the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indian and Western Art.

Just a Short Walk Away!
The Indianapolis ZooOnly at the Indianapolis Zoo will you be able to watch and interact with the dolphins as they swim all around you in the world's only submerged underwater dolphin dome. Get up close and personal with the rhinos and watch the young elephants as they play. Kids will also get to ride the carousel and the Kombo family coaster or splash in the water playground. In addition, when you buy a Zoo ticket, you also get to visit White River Gardens, 3.3 acres of interior and outdoor gardens to get ideas for your own garden. Open 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-7pm Friday-Sunday and Holidays. The Zoo is open until 8:30pm for ANIMALS & ALL THAT JAZZ if you are still in town!
The Eiteljorg MuseumImmerse yourself in the art, history and culture of the indigenous cultures of the American West and Native America. The Eiteljorg Museum is the only museum in the Midwest to offer this combination. New exhibits and interactive programs are unveiled throughout the year, so no two visits to the Eiteljorg are ever the same! The museum's new wing doubles its public space to include and education center, libarary, cave, and outdoor gardens.
Indiana State MuseumExplore the worlds of art, science and culture up close and hands-on at the Indiana State Museum. Starting with the birth of the Earth and tracing Hoosier history into the 21st century, the museum offers an eclectic and ever-changing adventure. Even the building is an exhibit, with sculptures representing Indiana's 92 counties built into the exterior. The complex also houses the IMAX® Theater, two restaurants and a two-story gift shop that features Indiana-made goods.
NCAA Hall of ChampionsThe all-new NCAA Hall of Champions offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the NCAA student-athlete. New interactive exhibits on both floors combined with uique and flexible meeting and event space makes this 30,000-square foot facility a perfect opportunity for visitors and groups of all kind.
