Champions of Change

The Pioneer Network is not a membership organization.  Because our new site has just been launched, the state pages below are in various stages of development.  We are relying on individuals and organizations to share their stories, either via this webform, or preferably by authoring a unique diary on the Pioneer Exchange which we will then link to below.  Our ability to add content to the various state pages depends on active community participation.   

Information on the coalitions, organizations and other initiatives described within each state will be drawn from a range of sources, including the Paraprofessional Healthcare Institute's National Clearinghouse on the Direct Care Workforce, the Eden Alternative™, Quality Partners of Rhode Island, Action Pact, and from other leading organizations that champion person-directed care throughout the country.
