  • Bonnie Kantor, Sc.D. started January 15, 2007 as the new Executive Director of the Pioneer Network.  Dr. Kantor was selected from a pool of exceptionally qualified individuals after an exhaustive and thorough search process.  “I am so pleased to welcome a new Executive Director with the breadth of experience that Bonnie brings to us,” said Charlene Boyd, President of the Pioneer Network’s board of directors.   Read more about Dr. Kantor here.

  • There are now nearly 30 statewide culture change coalitions in various stages of development around the country.  They are listed along the leftside of the page on the Pioneer Exchange.  We have created an animated overview of key elements of coalition development.
  • "A Tale of Transformation," a new culture change instructional DVD and workbook is now available for purchase.  The work was funded by The Commonwealth Fund, and commissioned by AHQF to support the work of QIOs around the country who have the special challenge of working with facilities at various stages of culture change. The DVD was scripted, filmed and edited by Action Pact.  All proceeds from sales go to the Pioneer Network to support our on-going efforts in furthering culture change in long-term care.  Watch a preview here:
