Pioneer Institutes
In the second half of 2005 the Pioneer Network convened four Pioneer Institutes in different regions of the country. Nearly one thousand CEOs, CFOs, DONs, administrators, activities professionals, department heads, nurses, direct care workers, consumer advocates and QIO representatives attended.
Institute participants immersed themselves in one of five specialized “pathways” over the course of two days. Each pathway’s curriculum was designed and facilitated by national experts with direct experience in deep cultural transformation.
