Like all Pioneer efforts, this conference is designed to be highly interactive.  After the opening plenary session by Al Condeluci we are featuring these 10 interactive sessions focusing on the concept of interdependence.

All of us working to create a new culture of aging know that interdependence is at the heart of what we do.  We know that person-directed principles can't be put into practice until people vest in each other and understand how reliant we are on one another at multiple levels.

Each break-out room will be led by a seasoned room mentor  who will guide the 80 or so attendees through a dialogue about interdependence for 30 minutes, using a triad approach with "conversation carousels" to make it high involvement and high energy.

Attendees will then hear a brief presentation by leaders from a single organization working to sustain its culture change journey.  The attendees will be asked to discuss the organization's challenges in the context of their own work, and the room mentor will facilitate a conversation about interdependence as it applies to the issues discussed.
