The movement toward person-directed care is still in the "early adopter" phase, but more and more long-term care organizations are beginning to seek out the resources to make it happen. The common thread throughout all successful culture change stories is leadership buy-in. Even the most well-intentioned efforts will fail without a commitment from the top.

And yet transforming the culture requires leadership development throughout the organization. Champions of Change are committed to transforming practice at all levels.
