The Pioneer Network Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for the position of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Pioneer Network is a national resource to the field of aging and long-term care, a clearinghouse for ideas, and a facilitator of partnerships focusing on issues of culture change and person-directed transformations throughout the continuum of care. Pioneer Network serves as the umbrella organization for the culture change movement, collaborating and networking with aging and long-term care stakeholders including, but not limited to, consumers, providers, educators, policymakers, and partner organizations to accelerate the adoption, diffusion and dissemination of person-directed practices and culture change.
The President and CEO of Pioneer Network provides strategic and tactical leadership to the organization. The President and CEO takes the lead in shaping and executing Pioneer Network’s strategic plan focused on broadening its message and impact in aging services and the policy community. The position is responsible for growing and maintaining the financial strength and viability of the organization.
The overall focus for the work of the President and CEO will include, but not be limited to, guiding the organization’s education, public policy/advocacy, and communications initiatives, as well as maximizing earned revenues, philanthropic and fund development strategies.
