COVID-19 / Infectious Disease Precautions
Proof of vaccination will be required for all conference attendees including speakers and Solution Partners. We will not be accepting exemptions.
Pioneer Network will follow all current Federal, state and local guidelines in place at the time of the conference regarding masking, physical distancing, cleaning & disinfection, and other precautions required to support the health and safety of attendees.
Registration Cancellations
Before July 8, please send cancellations in writing by e-mail to info@pioneernetwork.net in accordance with the below deadlines. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within one week of sending your cancellation, please contact Cathy Lieblich at 585-287-6436 to verify receipt.
Please do not travel to the conference if you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have COVID symptoms. Should you have extenuating circumstances for cancelling after July 8, such as testing positive for COVID or having exposure to someone who tested positive, please submit your request for a full refund in writing to penny.cook@pioneernetwork.net.
